In 2013, Rocky founded the Romo Group to help Atlanta heal after the “Great Recession.” With the help of real estate entrepreneurs and regional start-ups such as the Romo Group, Atlanta experienced an economic renaissance thanks in large part to the transitioning of less-valued properties into profitable assets.
Coupled with growing trends in the commercial real estate industry toward a more customer-centric — or tenant-centric — strategy to improve returns, the property landscape reshaped. The Romo Group answered that shift by becoming a single-source brokerage and development firm built specifically for restaurant and retail companies looking to build, invest, and expand across the Georgia market.
